- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.

**How to Initiate a Return**
1. Contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and paperwork.
3. Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the package to the address provided by our team. Return shipping is fully covered by us.

**Refund Process**
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
